This blog was conceived over many years and was finally birthed after a God-planned interaction with one of my sister-friends. My goal is to open the conversation about and remove the stigma of mental illness among Christian and black communities. It’s also to be honest about marriage and motherhood – the good, the bad, and the ugly. I’m not a therapist, doctor, and most definitely don’t consider myself to be an expert. But I firmly believe that some of the things, many of the things I’ve experienced in life can help somebody.
